When scheduling a massage appointment, we reserve that time specifically for you. A missed appointment or late cancellations leaves a gap in our schedule that could be utilized by another patient in need. As such, we now require a minimum 8 hours notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment. Failure to provide proper notice will result in a $25 late cancellation fee. Emergencies and special circumstances will be considered at the time of cancellation.
